Terms & Conditions for Using Digital Adeeb

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of digitaladeeb.com and any services provided by Adeeb Ur Rahman, operating as Digital Adeeb.
By visiting this website or hiring my services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Offered
Digital Adeeb provides the following freelance digital marketing services:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Meta Ads & Google Ads (Performance Marketing)
- Social Media Management & Marketing
- Website Development (WordPress & Shopify)
- Graphic Design
- Content Writing
The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are agreed upon separately before work begins — typically confirmed via email or written agreement.
3. Project Agreement & Scope
Before any project begins, both parties will agree on:
- Scope of work — exactly what is included
- Timeline — expected delivery dates
- Pricing — total cost and payment terms
- Revisions — number of revisions included
Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a new request and may involve additional charges. This protects both your time and mine.
4. Payment Terms
- A project may require an advance payment before work begins — typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed
- Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method
- Work will not begin until the advance payment is confirmed
- If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable
- Final deliverables will be shared only after full payment is received
5. Revisions Policy
Every project includes a defined number of revisions as agreed before the project starts. Revision rounds beyond the agreed limit may be charged additionally.
Revisions refer to adjustments within the original scope — not new additions or complete direction changes.
6. Client Responsibilities
For me to deliver quality work on time, clients are expected to:
- Provide necessary access, assets, and information on time
- Give clear and timely feedback
- Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide any required credentials — ad accounts, website access, brand materials
Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline. I am not responsible for delays that result from missing information or late responses from the client’s side.
7. Confidentiality
I treat all client information — business details, strategies, ad account data, and any other sensitive information shared — as strictly confidential.
I will not share your business information with any third party without your explicit permission, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, all final deliverables — including website designs, ad creatives, content, and graphics — become the property of the client.
I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
9. Results & Performance
As stated in the Disclaimer, digital marketing results are not guaranteed. I commit to delivering professional quality work and genuine effort. However, outcomes depend on many factors outside my control — including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side factors.
No refund will be issued on the basis of results not meeting expectations if the agreed deliverables were completed as per scope.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice — via email or WhatsApp — with a minimum of 7 days notice.
In case of termination:
- Work completed up to that point will be billed proportionally
- Advance payment already made is non-refundable
- Final deliverables will be handed over only after all dues are cleared
11. Limitation of Liability
Digital Adeeb shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost revenue, lost data, or business disruption — arising from the use of services or this website.
My total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Digital Adeeb shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated where possible. Continued use of my services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
